When Returns Are Accepted:

• Manufacturing Defects: If your rug arrives with any defects in craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive a rug that does not match the design, size, or color specifications you provided in your order, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

*Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including taxes, when returning items. Additionally, the customer retains responsibility for the item(s) until they are received by our warehouse.

• Personalized Orders: When the rug is custom-made to your specific preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the ones mentioned above.

• Change of Mind: Once your order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns due to a change of heart, as your rug is being made uniquely for you.
